Dusk is a shut-in.

Asher: "Hey Dusk, stop being a shut-in. I'm going to leave him with you for a bit"

Dusk:"Can you not, I like to have my alone time."

Asher:"Ok, when the last time you talk to anyone who isn't a god"

Dusk:"..."

Jarper:"I'm not really sure why I'm here..."

Yes, dusk is a complete shut in. Unlike the other gods, he'll stay in his temple and watch time go back and forth so he can study. But he talks to the other gods and sometimes mortals if they seek him out. Or in this case, another god brings him in.
